class oslo_config.iniparser.BaseParser

class oslo_config.cfg.ConfigParser(filename, sections)

Parses a single config file, populating ‘sections’ to look like:

{'DEFAULT': {'key': [value, ...], ...},
 ...}

Also populates self._normalized which looks the same but with normalized section names.
